Dr. Maria Montessori defined the first three years of a child’s life as the “unconscious absorbent mind stage,” a critical time for cognitive and emotional growth. The rich environment created in our Infant and Toddler classroom has been carefully prepared by our trained guides with developmentally appropriate materials and activities that promote the development of language, fine and gross motor skills, socialization and independence. Our loving Montessori guides create close bonds with our students, establishing a strong sense of security and autonomy and laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
Our Infant and Toddler classroom is clean, safe and beautifully designed to accommodate the changing developmental needs and interests of our youngest learners. The classroom is organized into different areas of play and care and is fully equipped with a variety of materials easily accessible to our children to explore at their own pace. Our outdoor space is peaceful and calm with a large grassy area and small play structures for gross motor activity.
